The Clinical Nurse Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring high‑quality patient care, fostering a culture of safety, and supporting ongoing team development across M42 facilities. This role requires a collaborative leader who models accountability, champions continuous improvement, and upholds the highest standards of occupational health and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate clearly and purposefully to guide teams and support effective collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based professional relationships.
  • Recommend and implement improvements that enhance clinical operations and patient outcomes.
  • Support staff development by identifying learning needs and encouraging continuous growth.
  • Contribute to developing and maintaining workplace safety programs.
  • Follow all established OHS procedures and promote safe work practices.
  • Assist in safety investigations, hazard reporting, and incident documentation.
  • Participate in OHS activities such as risk assessments, PPE selection, and hazard control measures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, including leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory responsibility.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license; eligibility for DOH/HAAD licensing.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both individuals and groups effectively.
  • Demonstrated accountability and adherence to safety and operational standards.
  • Proven ability to support organizational improvements and change initiatives.
