Role Description The Laser Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves performing laser hair removal and other laser-based aesthetic treatments according to clinic protocols and safety standards.The Laser Technician will conduct client consultations, evaluate treatment suitability, explain procedures, and maintain detailed treatment records. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and calibrating laser equipment, ensuring hygiene and infection control, monitoring client responses during treatments, and providing post-treatment care instructions.
The role also requires delivering professional customer service, supporting a positive clinic experience, and collaborating with the clinical team to uphold high standards of care.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in Hair Removal and Laser Hair Removal techniques, with a strong understanding of hair and skin types.
- Hands-on experience operating aesthetic Laser devices and related equipment; familiarity with laser safety protocols.
- Customer Service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and the ability to manage client expectations.
- Relevant certification or diploma in laser treatments or aesthetic therapy, meeting local regulatory requirements in the UAE.
- Knowledge of skin anatomy, contraindications, and treatment planning for laser procedures.
- Ability to follow clinical protocols, maintain accurate records, and adhere to hygiene and infection-control standards.
- Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology practice, or medical spa is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are a plus.
