Summary
Key responsibilities
Operational leadership:
Plan, supervise, and manage daily landscaping operations including turf management, tree and shrub care, irrigation systems, pest control, and seasonal planting.
Ensure all areas of the resort grounds are maintained to luxury standards at all times, reflecting the brand's premium image.
Training & service standards:
Develop and implement a structured training program for the landscaping team, emphasizing attention to detail, guest experience, and consistent 5-star service standards.
Lead by example, cultivating a culture of pride, accountability, and professionalism within the groundskeeping team.
Qualifications- Internationally recognized qualifications in horticulture, landscape management, environmental science, or related field.
- Experience in hospitality, resort, or estate landscaping.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of constructively receiving and actioning upon feedback.
- Experience of working overseas and managing a team of diverse nationalities.
- Experience of warm season/tropical plants and the associated pests and diseases.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Working knowledge of irrigation systems, plant care, and sustainability practices.
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather and manage physically demanding tasks.
About the Company
