We are hiring on behalf of a leading marketing agency based in Dubai, currently seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to oversee day-to-day business functions and drive operational excellence across the organization.
About the Role
As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the agency's internal operations, processes, and resource planning. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns, efficient workflows, and scalable business practices.This is a full-time onsite role in Dubai, ideal for a results-driven leader with deep operational insight and a strong background in the marketing or creative industries.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and enhance the agency's operational systems, processes, and infrastructure to support business growth.
- Work closely with department heads (e.g., Creative, Account Management, Strategy) to align project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Implement best practices for workflow management, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, resource utilization, and internal communication.
- Develop and manage KPIs to measure operational success and team efficiency.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development in coordination with HR.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on scaling operations and improving client delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant local laws and agency policies.
- 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within a marketing, creative, or advertising agency.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage diverse teams and cross-functional projects.
- Deep understanding of operational frameworks and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in operational software and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or Trello).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai for an onsite role.
