Accounts Receivable Specialist - Ras al-Khaimah

Kinetic is working with a leading industrial and manufacturing company who are hiring an accounts receivable specialist to be based in Sharjah.

The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Liaise with the collections team or directly with the customer to resolve payment issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide resolutions to any billing or payment concerns.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
- Keep account books and systems up to date.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements related to accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports on receivables and aging schedules.
- Salary up to 7,000 AED per month.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting within the industrial/contracting industry.
- Experience in AR and GL accounting.
- Strong knowledge of VAT regulations, external audit processes, and IFRS.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, accounting software, and ERP systems.
