Procurement Engineer (Interiors/Landscaping/Construction)

Job Description

Our client is a well-established Interior & Landscaping company delivering high-quality design, execution, and turnkey solutions across villas, apartments, offices, and outdoor environments.

They are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Engineer to manage sourcing and supplier coordination for our interior and landscaping projects.

Proficiency in Arabic is a must for the role

Role Overview

You will ensure materials, finishes, and MEP items are procured efficiently while maintaining cost control and quality standards.

• Source and negotiate materials, finishes, furnishings, and MEP items
• Review BOQs and drawings for procurement accuracy
• Issue RFQs and conduct comparative cost analysis
• Manage supplier relationships locally and internationally
• Track budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Coordinate with site and project teams on delivery timelines
• Maintain procurement documentation and compliance standards

• Experience in interior fit-out or construction procurement
• Strong supplier network within UAE market
• Excellent negotiation and cost-analysis skills
• Knowledge of contract documentation and purchase processes
• Proficiency in Arabic is a must for the role

Salary up to AED 15,000 (depending on experience)
