Job Purpose:

The Graduate Officer – Facilities Management will support the efficient management of the Bank's administrative and operational support functions. The role involves assisting in facilities management, vendor coordination, and ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day management of general services, including facilities, maintenance, and office operations.
• Support the coordination and supervision of vendors providing services such as cleaning, security, and maintenance.
• Help monitor service quality and ensure adherence to agreed service levels and contracts.
• Assist in tracking and managing office supplies, assets, and inventory.
• Support office space planning, seating arrangements, and workplace setup.
• Help ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Assist in organizing office maintenance schedules and resolving facility-related issues.
• Maintain documentation related to service contracts, assets, and administrative procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address administrative and operational needs.
• Participate in projects related to workplace improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Innovation, or a related field.
