The Beauty Lounge aims to provide every client with royalty-level service through excellent treatments, quality products, and a pleasant atmosphere at reasonable prices.
Role Description The Salon Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Ain. The Salon Manager oversees daily salon operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services and customer care.This role involves managing inventory, monitoring service standards, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment that aligns with the salon's brand and customer experience. The Salon Manager is responsible for hiring and training team members, addressing client feedback, supporting promotions, and working closely with the owner to achieve business and revenue goals.
Qualifications- Strong foundation in cosmetology and hair care, with the ability to guide and support salon staff in technical services.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to manage client interactions, handle concerns, and promote a positive salon experience.
- Experience in hiring, training, and supervising salon professionals to build a high-performing team.
- Proven skills in basic salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and service quality control.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Al Ain and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience as a salon manager or supervisor is preferred.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in salon settings.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
