About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager - Promotions and Media to join Dubai Holding Asset Management. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

The Assistant Manager – Promotions and Media support the management and execution of promotional activities and media initiatives. The role assists in leasing promotional spaces, coordinating media campaigns, and managing commercial agreements with to maximize revenue across assets.

Promotions & Specialty Leasing Support
  • Assist in the leasing and commercial utilization of promotional spaces across assets in line with approved strategies.
  • Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of promotional campaigns
  • Support negotiations for short-term and long-term promotional agreements.
  • Ensure promotional activities comply with company policies, brand guidelines, and relevant regulations.
Media & Outdoor Advertising Coordination
  • Support the management of commercial agreements with outdoor media partners
  • Monitor media performance, campaign visibility, and adherence to contractual terms.
Commercial & Financial Management
  • Assist in preparing proposals, and commercial offers for promotional campaigns.
  • Support revenue tracking, invoicing coordination, and reconciliation related to promotional and media agreements.
  • Prepare periodic performance and revenue reports for management review.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Liaise with internal teams such as Leasing, Marketing, Operations, Finance, to ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns.
  • Act as a point of contact for tenants, brands, agencies, and media partners on operational and coordination matters.
Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee on-ground execution of promotional activities to ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure all necessary approvals, permits, and documentation are obtained prior to campaign launch.
  • Address operational issues and escalate risks or deviations to the Senior Manager.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred, with a minimum of 3–4 years of relevant experience in promotions and media, retail, or related fields.
  • Prior exposure to media sales, advertising, or outdoor media is strongly preferred, with a solid background in media sales highly recommended to effectively support commercial negotiations and drive revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong commercial awareness, negotiation support capabilities, and excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Experience within the UAE market is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, with proficiency in Arabic considered an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Yardi, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential.
  • The role requires exceptional organizational and time management skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
