Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Responsibilities- Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase orders
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assist with petty cash management and expense tracking
- Prepare data entries and update accounting records
- Support bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting
- Verify bills, receipts, and supporting documents
- Assist during audits and documentation reviews
- Manage office documentation, filing, and record keeping
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
- Handle emails, phone calls, and office correspondence
- Support procurement and office supply coordination
- Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents
- Maintain employee and vendor records
- Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers
- Ensure smooth daily office administration activities
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in:
- Accounting
- Finance
- Business Administration
- Commerce
- 0–2 years of experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Internship or training experience preferred
