This role supports investment, financing, and refinancing projects by reviewing financial documents, conducting due diligence, and developing financial strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact investment solutions.

A leading semi-government entity in Abu Dhabi
Description- Support the review of project and finance documents, conducting commercial and financial due diligence on new and existing projects.
- Structure and negotiate financing agreements with lenders and investors.
- Evaluate financial models, conduct valuations, and assess investment returns, sensitivities, and project feasibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reflect business inputs into key project and finance documents.
- Analyze commercial challenges across project phases and negotiate practical solutions with stakeholders.
- Prepare management reports and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and business cases.
- Ensure alignment with internal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Get exposure to complex, large-scale investment and financing projects in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:
- UAE National with Family Book.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in financial modeling, due diligence, and investment analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Atleast 8 years of experience
