PECTIV is a fast-growing premium feminine care ecommerce brand specialized in sanitary and intimate care products across the UAE & GCC.
We are looking for an organized and proactive CRM, Customer Service & Ecommerce Operations Executive to support customer experience, retention, and daily ecommerce operations.
Role Description
This role will manage customer communication, CRM flows, order coordination, retention activities, and operational follow-up to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Responsibilities- Reply to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and email
- Coordinate with 3PL partners regarding delivery issues and order follow-ups
- Handle address corrections, delayed orders, and customer complaints
- Support customer retention through WhatsApp and email campaigns
- Assist in setting up and managing CRM flows and automations
- Track customer feedback, reviews, and satisfaction
- Support subscription follow-ups and reorder reminders
- Coordinate marketplace and inventory restocking when needed
- Maintain organized customer and operational reports
- Experience in ecommerce customer service or CRM operations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized and detail-oriented personality
- Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, or ecommerce systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Arabic & English communication skills preferred
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
