Your Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Lead the planning, coordination, management, and successful implementation of complex projects within the trade fair and event industry.
- Clearly define and document project objectives covering functional scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into precise technical and functional specifications.
- Independently handle installations, configurations, and provide consultation directly to customers.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and manage resources efficiently.
- Coordinate and oversee projects at international events, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Understand client needs and proactively provide solutions and recommendations that align with their objectives.
- Regularly communicate project progress, handle client inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on deep understanding of customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Prepare and conduct regular client meetings and reviews to monitor satisfaction and project success.
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with robust experience in Project Management.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Consultant in IT-related customer projects, ideally within event technology or similar fields.
- Strong affinity for IT solutions, including the specification, development, and evaluation of complex customer requirements.
- Highly structured, independent, proactive, and reliable work ethic.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages considered advantageous.
- Results-oriented with a strategic overview and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
