THE ROLE

This is a full-time, site-based role located primarily at Centrum Spaces within Reem Mall, Abu Dhabi. Daily on-site presence is essential to support lead conversion, client engagement, broker relationship management, and collaboration with the Operations team.

The Sales & Business Development Manager will take direct ownership of driving occupancy and revenue growth across the Abu Dhabi business. The successful candidate will oversee all inbound sales enquiries, generate outbound opportunities, manage broker and agent relationships, and actively represent Centrum Spaces within

ADGM and the wider Abu Dhabi business community.

Working closely with the Operations team, this individual will ensure not only that new business is secured, but that new members are successfully integrated into the wider Centrum community and client experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Take full ownership of sales performance, occupancy growth, and revenue generation for Centrum Spaces Abu Dhabi.

Act as the primary point of contact for all new business enquiries and sales activities. Drive urgency and proactive follow-up across all inbound enquiries to maximize lead conversion.

Actively generate outbound leads through networking, partnerships, and business development initiatives.

Increase Centrum Spaces visibility and market presence within ADGM and the wider Abu Dhabi business community.

Represent Centrum Spaces at networking events, business functions, broker events, and industry activations.

Host and conduct professional workspace tours and client presentations.

Negotiate commercial terms and prepare agreements in line with company standards and commercial objectives.

Identify opportunities to maximize occupancy during the ramp-up phase through strategic pricing, promotions, partnerships, and commercial initiatives.

Work closely with the Operations team to ensure a seamless client journey from enquiry through to onboarding and ongoing member experience.

Build strong day-to-day relationships with members and actively contribute to creating a positive, energetic, and commercially successful workspace environment.

Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities and improve positioning.

Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting.

Lead by example with a hands-on mentality and proactive approach to achieving results. Report regularly to leadership on occupancy performance, lead generation, conversion rates, revenue targets, and strategic opportunities.

ABOUT YOU

3–5+ years of experience within flexible workspace, coworking, commercial real estate, serviced offices, or business development.

Proven track record in driving occupancy growth, revenue generation, and lead conversion. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

Existing relationships within the Abu Dhabi commercial property or business ecosystem would be highly advantageous.

Confident relationship builder with strong networking and communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven mentality.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with operational and leadership teams.

Strong understanding of CRM systems, reporting, and sales pipeline management. Professional, energetic, and highly client-focused approach.

Knowledge of UAE business setup processes and familiarity with ADGM is desired.

Fluent English required;

Full UAE driving license required.
