Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Structured Cabling Technician located in Dubai. The main responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing network cables and related infrastructure. The technician will be expected to plan network installations, install and test new cables, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
good knowledge of DU/ Etisalat regulation for building structure cabling installation
Qualifications- Experience with Installing and maintaining network cabling systems, including copper and fiber optic cables
- Proficiency in planning and executing network installations, cable management, and testing cables as per DU/ Etisalat regulatoin
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing network malfunctions
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations related to network cabling
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the IT or security industry is a plus
- Relevant certifications or vocational training in structured cabling or network infrastructure
