About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Food & Beverage Manager to join the team at Jumeirah Al Qasr. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Support outlet managers in daily operations, briefings, and internal coordination to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Participate in promotions, PR activities, and contribute creative ideas to enhance the resort's image and guest experience.
  • Monitor outlet profitability, assist in planning budgets, and support sales strategies to improve financial performance.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends to ensure offerings meet current demands and guest expectations.
  • Support team development through training, coaching, and communication of quality and customer service standards.
  • Ensure that colleagues understand and align with departmental objectives, company vision, mission, and quality management standards.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in the same role with a strong F&B background in a 5-star luxury property or a large standalone/branded restaurant, including multi-unit operations and events.
  • Proficient in business English and Microsoft Office, with experience in menu design and concept development.
  • Proven track record in boosting customer satisfaction and profitability; familiar with EFQM or similar quality models.
