EP Group - Strategic Sourcing Manager

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers aligned with quality and cost objectives.
• Negotiate commercial terms, manage procurement cycles, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to align sourcing decisions with operational plans.
• Stay informed on market trends, legislation, and supply chain risks to support proactive decision-making.
• Contribute to innovation by sourcing new materials and technologies for product development.
• Support expansion into third-party sourcing services and help build scalable models for external customers.

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within packaging or related industries.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen with a track record of cost optimization.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, consumables, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.
• Professional qualifications (e.g., IPS accreditation) and global supplier network are advantageous.
