- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in FM.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Prepare compelling proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Lead negotiations and close profitable deals.
- Collaborate with the operations and finance teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven business development experience in the facilities management industry.
- Strong network and market knowledge within the FM sector.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
