Aiming at expanding its staff in its branch Office located in Dubai, U.A.E, Myrtha Pools is looking for a

PROJECT COORDINATOR Dubai

The Project Coordinator supports the local branch office throughout all project phases, ensuring effective coordination and communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key activities include:

• Managing relationships with project stakeholders (architects, contractors, suppliers, agents, clients), both from the office and on site.
• Reviewing and verifying all technical documentation provided by stakeholders.
• Handling client requests and identifying feasible technical and operational solutions.
• Supporting the preparation of offers and identifying potential technical or commercial issues.
• Supporting the material submittal preparation
• Organizing meetings and coordinating activities with internal departments involved in project management.
• Supporting the client during preparation work carrying out on site visit
• Supporting Italian installation department in organizing and supervising the installation team by executing regular site visit

Requirements

Languages: English C1, Arabic C1

Minimum 3 years experience in technical or design roles within project-based companies

Proficiency with design software (e.g., AutoCAD)

Availability to travel frequently within the Middle East

Soft Skills

Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented approach

Engineering background with a technical–commercial mindset

Autonomy, problem‑solving skills, and confident decision-making

Education

Degree in one of the following fields:

• Civil Engineering
• Building Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
