Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be results-driven, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of the real estate market.

• Team Leadership: Directly manage and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and increase market share in the real estate sector
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions
• Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, track team performance, and report on key performance indicators and sales forecasts
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and provide insights to senior management
• Deal Closure: Engage directly in client negotiations, handle objections, and close transactions effectively
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth sales processes and client satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the real estate sector
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales management position
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM software
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and market trends
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, if necessary
