Key Objectives and Requirements of the Role:
The Creative Designer Specialist will play a key role in shaping and implementing visually driven strategies that align with ZEISS Vision&aposs brand and corporate goals across the Middle East and Africa. This encompasses the creation of dynamic online and offline visuals using cutting-edge graphic and AI tools to elevate brand visibility and engagement.The specialist will swiftly adapt visuals to meet evolving marketing directives while ensuring a creative touch that aligns with branding standards. Collaborating with marketing teams and regional distributors is essential for designing impactful exhibition stands and detailed plans.
Additionally, the role involves crafting engaging animations and videos to enhance marketing initiatives. By harnessing design expertise, the specialist will propel visual innovation and brand expansion for ZEISS Vision.
Key Responsibilities of a Sales Specialist at ZEISS- Visual content development
- Design high-quality graphics for digital campaigns, print materials and promotional items.
- Adapt and modify existing visuals quickly based on internal feedback and evolving brand needs.
- Ensure all designs follow ZEISS Vision&aposs corporate branding guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Event and exhibition design
- Conceptualize, plan, and design exhibition stands for trade shows and events.
- Create detailed layouts and visual concepts to effectively showcase ZEISS Vision products.
- Video and animation creation
- Develop engaging animated videos and motion graphics aligned with campaign goals and brand standards.
- Use industry-standard software to deliver high-quality visual storytelling elements.
- AI-enhanced design innovation
- Leverage AI-based design tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and scalability of visual assets.
- Stay current with evolving design technologies, AI trends, and their application to creative processes.
- Cross-functional collaboration and external coordination
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams, partners, vendors, and project owners to align design out-put with strategic goals
- Ensure effective and timely execution of all design projects.
- Asset management and accessibility
- Maintain a centralized and well-organized database for all creative files and assets.
- Ensure all relevant visuals are accessible to internal stakeholders and external partners as required.
- Bachelors degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Experience in creating motion graphics, short animated videos, and content tailored for various plat-forms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, event screens) is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience working with external vendors or internal marketing teams to deliver campaigns on-brand and on-time.
- Fluency in English & Arabic is a must (Written and Verbal)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects, as well as other relevant design tools.
- Familiarity with AI design tools and technologies to enhance creative output.
- Basic copywriting skills and experience, capable of creating concise and engaging text to complement visual designs.
