About Us

We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect BIM Modeler to join our team and play a critical role in the development and management of Building Information Models (BIM).

Job Summary

This role will involve working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure the efficient development and integration of BIM models across multiple project stages, with a focus on 4D and 5D modeling capabilities.

• BIM Modeling & Development: Develop and manage 3D models in Revit across multiple project stages, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and BIM LOD (Level of Development) requirements from LOD 100 to LOD 500.
• Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate design, construction, and operations data into BIM models Ensure that all project deliverables are met and BIM workflows are followed accurately.
• Navisworks: Utilize Navisworks for clash detection, model coordination, and 3D visualization. Identify and resolve conflicts between disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery.
• 4D and 5D BIM Implementation: Support the integration of time (4D) and cost (5D) data into BIM models. Work with project teams to develop accurate project schedules and cost estimates based on BIM data.
• Cobie Data Management: Prepare and maintain COBie (Construction Operations Building Information Exchange) data for asset management, ensuring proper data structuring and export to support operations and facility management.
• Dynamo BIM: Leverage Dynamo BIM for scripting and automation to enhance model efficiency, workflows, and data management across the project lifecycle.
• Project Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation related to BIM execution plans, model updates, and coordination reports. Ensure that all deliverables are compliant with client requirements, industry standards, and BIM guidelines.
• Quality Control & Model Integrity: Conduct quality control checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements. Maintain model integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuous Learning & Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM trends, technologies, and best practices. Participate in relevant training, workshops, and conferences to further enhance your expertise.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in BIM modeling and architecture, with a focus on LOD 100-500 development and implementation.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Revit for BIM modeling and design.
• Experience with Navisworks for coordination and clash detection.
• Familiarity with Cobie standards for facility management and operations.
• Proficient in Dynamo BIM for automation and scripting.
• Experience with 4D (scheduling) and 5D (cost estimation) BIM workflows.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. Masters degree or BIM-specific certifications are a plus.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Additional Skills (Preferred):
• Familiarity with other BIM-related software tools and plugins.
