Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong design & construction consultancy background to act as the primary client representative and the central link between the client and the internal design team. The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and coordination skills, overseeing multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

• Serve as the client representative, managing all communication, expectations, approvals, and project decisions.
• Lead coordination between the design team, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain design intent and project alignment.
• Manage multiple design projects at various stages, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Review design packages, drawings, and technical submissions to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, progress reports, risk logs, and action plans.
• Facilitate client meetings, design workshops, and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi authority requirements, design standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Support tendering, contractor evaluations, and design clarifications during pre‑construction phases.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, or related design discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, strictly within design consultancies (not contractors).
• Strong understanding of the full design lifecycle from concept to IFC.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client‑facing skills.
• Familiarity with design tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi authority processes and approval pathways.

• Experience acting as a client representative or design coordinator.
