Our client in the equipment trading industry is seeking a motivated Emirati Operations Executive to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support daily operations while helping implement and improve internal processes to drive efficiency and productivity across the business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
• Manage logistics, inventory, and supply chain-related tasks.
• Support the supervision of operational staff and daily activities.
• Help implement new systems and technologies to streamline operations.
• Contribute to performance tracking by preparing reports and analyzing KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Identify process gaps and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Support risk assessment efforts and help with contingency planning.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• 02 years of experience in an operations-related role.
