Creative Content Social Media Specialist (Arabic Speaker)

Job Description

• Implement social media strategy ensuring corporate and brand requirements are adhered to at all times.
• Develops content, always monitors and updates the Company's Social Media Channels
• Monitors and coordinates online activity to meet the objectives of the group events, entity initiatives and individual brand strategies. Ensures social media platforms are up to date including events and images in all available languages.
• Rigorously maintain social media marketing calendar to deliver online campaigns and promotions.
• Online support for Brand/Marketing/PR and Customer Relations activities within the business units.
• Carry out any other activities related to online marketing as directed by Department manager.
• Generate analytic reports on a regular basis analysing monthly social media statistics. Set necessary actions and execute accordingly.
• Provide support to corporate in covering the events on social channels.
• Maintain community guidelines reference log.
• Assists in developing the brand and act as guardian of the brand identity.
• Contributes to the developments of social media advertising efforts and promotional programs to establish brand awareness and create customer loyalty.

• Minimum of 5 years of social media management in the UAE.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, is required.
• Proven social media management experience (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedln, Youtube, TikTok ,X , Snapchat and etc), either in-house or at an agency.
• Have experience delivering storyboards or campaigns from conceptualization to execution.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Photography and videography experience is a plus. Or able to edit.
