Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by managing client inquiries, handling administrative tasks, maintaining organized records, and providing exceptional customer service.Additional responsibilities include coordinating sales activities, preparing reports, and assisting in the development of strategies and plans to enhance client engagement and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications- Strong Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and build positive relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication, with a focus on delivering a high level of client satisfaction and clear messaging.
- Experience in Sales, including supporting sales processes, maintaining client relationships, and achieving targets.
- Excellent Organization Skills, such as managing tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and prioritizing workload effectively.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are preferred.
