Senior Support Services Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Support Services Executive based in Dubai to work directly with the Principal and Executive Leadership.

This position functions as a trusted right hand to leadership, supporting executive, organizational, compliance, and family office–related matters across the business.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree, in equivalent field or similar practical experience

• Provide end-to-end executive and principal support across corporate and personal matters with the highest level of confidentiality
• Act as a central coordination point between leadership, internal teams, consultants, partners, and external stakeholders
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle (recruitment coordination, onboarding, contracts, visas, insurance, offboarding, and end-of-service processes)
• Maintain and implement internal HR and administrative policies in line with regulatory and organizational requirements
• Manage corporate compliance, licenses, insurance, and government-related documentation and renewals
• Liaise directly with government authorities and service providers to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Lead complex administrative initiatives including office relocations, renovations, and major operational transitions
• Oversee procurement, vendor coordination, facilities, and asset management
• Coordinate executive-level proposals, bids, supplier registrations, and pre-qualification documentation
• Manage logistics for external events, conferences, travel, and executive engagements
