Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dependable Administrative Officer (Arabic Speaker) to manage daily office tasks and handle ad-hoc duties. Responsibilities include managing calls, emails, filing, visitor reception, procurement of office supplies, coordinating travel and meeting arrangements, and assisting with various administrative errands.

The role requires adaptability to handle miscellaneous tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.

Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Must be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary: AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
