Job Description

Experience: 3-5 Years with High-Rise Building

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer with 34 years of proven UAE construction experience in high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure schedule compliance.
• Analyze project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Ensure resources are allocated efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Support tendering and proposal activities with accurate time estimates.
• Maintain records of schedule revisions, delays, and progress milestones.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 34 years of UAE experience in construction, specifically high-rise buildings.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
