About the Role
ZENDATA, a leading international cybersecurity firm, is seeking an experiencedSenior Sales Representativewith a proven track record in the UAE market and a strong understanding of the cybersecurity domain. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, highly technical, and client-focused environment.You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, fostering key client relationships, and expanding our presence across critical sectors including government, finance, energy, and critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales of ZENDATAs full portfolio of cybersecurity services (e.g., MSSP, VAPT, Threat Intelligence, SOC, Incident Response, Consulting) to enterprise and public-sector clients.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate target accounts and expand business within existing customers.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with CISOs, IT Directors, Procurement, and senior decision-makers in the UAE.
- Identify and qualify opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to closure.
- Act as a trusted advisor, educating clients on evolving cyber threats and how ZENDATAs solutions can mitigate their risks.
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales engineers, delivery teams, and partners to craft tailored solutions for client needs.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends to inform strategy and positioning.
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and growth targets.
- Represent ZENDATA at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen brand visibility.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback to management.
- Minimum5+ years of sales experience in the UAE market, with at least3+ years in cybersecurity or related IT services.
- Demonstrated success in selling to large enterprises, government entities, and regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, UAE NESA/IA), and solutions.
- Existing network of contacts within the UAE IT and cybersecurity ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Sales certifications) are advantageous.
