This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Administrative Assistant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation and management of legal documents, supporting attorneys in day-to-day administrative tasks, and maintaining organized records.The role requires liaising with clients and regulatory bodies, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations. Candidates will support the legal team by maintaining a professional and efficient administrative workflow to help meet client needs accurately and promptly.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and a foundational understanding of legal processes and terminology
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills to manage office operations efficiently
- Effective Communication skills, including verbal and written correspondence
- Attention to detail, time management abilities, and a proactive approach to tasks
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a legal background is preferred
- Previous experience in a legal or administrative role is an advantage
- Fluency in English (Arabic language proficiency is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and related software tools
