Must Have Skills:

  1. 15yrs plus Delivery management experience in banking domain
  2. Experience in IT service-based companies.
  3. Strong domain expertise across banking digital channels ( Corporate / retail banking
  4. Hands-on QA / Test Management experience.
  5. Islamic Banking experience
  6. Capable of handling 15–20 technical team members
  7. Excellent stakeholder management experience both internal and external.
  8. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Should be able to make winning conversations.

Role Overview

Seeking an Experienced Quality Assurance Delivery professional with 15+ years of experience in leading enterprise-scale QA delivery for Digital Banking – channels Portfolio. The role focuses on Quality Governance and Test Management ensuring high-quality and stable digital channel releases.

Key Responsibilities

QA Delivery & Test Management
  • Lead End-to-End QA delivery for Digital Channels Projects: Retail and Corporate Internet Banking, APIs/Open Banking, Payments (UPI/Wallets), Digital Onboarding.
  • Define QA strategy, test approach, plans, estimates, schedules and budgets.
  • Own test management across SIT, UAT, Integration, Regression, Security, Performance, and Regulatory Testing.
  • Drive defect management, traceability, test coverage, and quality metrics.
  • Govern release readiness, go/no-go decisions, and production sign-offs.
Stakeholder & Governance
  • Engage with Business, Product, Technology, Operations, and CXO leadership.
  • Lead QA governance forums, steering committee updates, and executive reporting.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Digital Banking Domain Expertise

Strong domain knowledge in:

  • Mobile & Internet Banking (Retail & Corporate)
  • API / Open Banking / Middleware
  • Payments – UPI, Wallets
  • Digital Onboarding, KYC, AML, CRM
  • Islamic Banking ( all digital channels exp regulations)
Commercial Management
  • RFP/SOW reviews, SLAs, and delivery commitments.
  • Manage onsite-offshore QA teams.
