Job Overview
Blazar Realty is looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to spearhead our Off Plan Sales Division. The right candidate will have a proven record in Off Plan sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coach and drive a team of consultants toward outstanding results.
You will not only be responsible for your own sales performance but also for leading, motivating, and guiding a team of consultants. From managing leads and CRM usage to organizing roadshows and mall stands, your focus will be on closing more deals, ensuring team productivity, and driving Blazar Realtys reputation as a leading Dubai brokerage.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and inspire a team of 10 Off Plan Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct daily morning meetings to set objectives, track KPIs, and energize the team.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and training of new agents.
- Organize and manage mall stands and roadshows to maximize brand visibility and generate quality leads.
- Monitor and enforce effective CRM use, leads management, and follow-up processes.
- Coach team members on client handling, calls, meetings, and viewings to close more deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with developers and clients across the Off Plan market.
- Achieve personal sales targets while guiding the team toward their goals.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement strategies.
- Support company-wide sales growth strategies and execution.
- 34 years of proven experience in Off Plan Real Estate Sales with a successful track record.
- 12 years of experience managing and leading a sales team (preferably in real estate).
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai Off Plan market and established developer relations.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage).
- UAE driving license and own transport preferred.
- Basic Salary: AED 6,000 8,000 per month.
- Team Override Commission based on team performance.
- Qualified Leads provided to both team and team leader.
