Finance Manager

Job Description

As a Finance Manager, you will lead the financial planning, reporting, and compliance functions while supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial analysis. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial operations within the UAE.

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
2. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial management (preferably in the software or technology sector)
3. Currently residing in the UAE
4. Strong command of accounting software and financial systems
5. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
6. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• 1. Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

1. Ensure compliance with UAE laws and tax regulations (VAT, ESR, etc.)
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
3. Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to support strategic decisions
4. Monitor cash flows, working capital, and investment planning
5. Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions
6. Implement and maintain effective internal controls and financial policies
7. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and top management on financial strategies
