eWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our growing Tax, Accounting, Audit, and Business Advisory practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operational activities across multiple departments, ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, team performance, and client satisfaction
- The ideal candidate must have strong experience within a UAE-based tax, accounting, audit, or corporate services consultancy and possess a thorough understanding of UAE taxation, accounting practices, audit coordination, and business support services

Qualifications & Exper- ienceBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related f
- ield.Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent are advantag
- eous.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in operations management within a UAE Tax, Accounting, Audit, or Corporate Services consult
- ancy.Strong understanding of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, accounting principles, audit processes, and business setup regulat
