Hiring an Experienced HVAC Project Engineer – Project Management & Chilled Water Systems -Dubai!

Please apply only if you have 8+ years of HVAC experience with strong project management skills and hands-on knowledge of chilled water systems, retrofits, and after-sales execution.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Project Supervisor / Project Engineer to lead after-sales, rental, and project execution activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and hands-on experience in HVAC systems, particularly in GCC environments.

• Lead and supervise HVAC field teams (senior and assistant technicians) to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality execution
• Plan, coordinate, and execute HVAC installation, retrofitting, maintenance, and service works in line with contract scope
• Conduct site inspections, evaluate MEP drawings, and recommend system improvements and energy-efficient solutions
• Identify HVAC rental and maintenance opportunities through site surveys and client engagement
• Manage subcontractors, ensuring quality control, HSE compliance, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
• Prepare and manage project documentation including WMS, risk assessments, material submittals, work permits, and schedules
• Coordinate with clients, lead meetings, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project budgets, prepare cost estimates, control expenses, and ensure profitability
• Track equipment readiness, procurement, and vendor approvals
• Lead testing, adjusting, balancing (TAB), commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems

• Working knowledge of HVAC design including heat load calculations, duct sizing, and chilled water pipe sizing
• Experience with equipment selection (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps) and familiarity with tools like HAP
• Strong expertise in chilled water systems including installation, replacement, commissioning, and optimization
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, contract documents, and project requirements
• Proficiency in project scheduling using MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent tools
• Hands-on experience in material submittals, vendor coordination, and procurement tracking
• Knowledge of safety standards, risk assessment practices, and mitigation implementation
• Understanding of controls, BMS integration, and electrical coordination

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 10–15 years of experience in HVAC project management
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, MEP works, electrical and control systems
• Experience in planning, estimation (materials and manpower), and project scheduling
• Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera (preferred), AutoCAD, and MS Office
• Expertise in documentation preparation (WMS, ITPs, Material Submittals, etc.)
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Valid Gulf driving license preferred
• Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
