Data Center Security Screening Officer/Supervisor

Schedule: Sat-Sun & Thurs 2300-0700

Responsibilities- Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the security of all personnel and materials entering and exiting the facility
- This role involves managing the screening process, which includes controlling access, verifying identities, and conducting thorough checks of employees, contractors, and visitors
- The supervisor will lead a team of screening officers, ensuring that they follow established protocols and adhere to the client's high-security standards
- Responsibilities include monitoring security systems, ensuring compliance with security policies, coordinating responses to security breaches, and training staff on best practices
- In addition, the Screening Supervisor will collaborate with other security and data center teams to maintain a secure, efficient environment. A key part of the role is to ensure that all security measures are carried out without disrupting operations while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
- Must be proficient in technology (computer, phones, patrol devices and email communication)
- Must have strong leadership skills and communication skills
- Prior security and supervisor related experience required
- Strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-stress situations are essential for success in this role.
