Associate Director Enterprise Information Management

The Head of Enterprise Information Management will play a critical role in shaping my client’s data strategy and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for designing, implementing, and managing data platforms, analytics solutions, and information governance frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Data Strategy and Governance: – Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Data Platforms and Architecture: – Define the architecture and roadmap for our data platforms, incl. data warehouses, data lakes, and BI systems.
• Data Engineering and Integration: – Manage a team of data engineers responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions.
• Data Science and Analytics: – Oversee our data science and analytics capabilities, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
• Information and Records Management: – Develop and implement policies and procedures for managing enterprise information assets, including documents, records, and knowledge repositories.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 14+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or information governance roles, with a proven track record of leadership in complex organizations.
• Min of: 6+ years of managerial experience in a related field
• Strong understanding of data management principles, methodologies, and technologies, including data warehousing, big data, cloud platforms, and data governance frameworks.
