Job Description
One of our clients is looking for a Network Engineer, Abu Dhabi to design, manage, install, maintain, and provide technical support for network systems and devices.
The role involves handling network operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the stability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Network Installation & Configuration
- Install, configure, and maintain all network equipment and user devices.
- Ensure optimal setup of network devices for smooth operations.
- Network Management & Operations
- Manage and monitor all devices in the data center.
- Handle a variety of network devices with expertise.
- Technical Support & Tools
- Use support tools and techniques to provide technical assistance efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of user satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
- Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving
- Diagnose hardware and software issues, proposing appropriate solutions.
- Use advanced troubleshooting tools to resolve complex problems.
Experience:
- Bachelor&aposs degree with no experience.
- Diploma with at least 2 years of practical experience in the same field.
