Job requirements

As a junior maintenance engineer wireline, you will be troubleshooting, testing, assembly, disassembly, and performing visual inspection of electronics, electro-mechanical/hydraulic assemblies.

As a junior maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Performing complex and difficult tasks with minimal supervision.
• Working with pre-defined procedures in line with established work practices and quality standards but, in some exceptional situations, expected to work with minimal instruction and documentation.
• Learning to identify equipment malfunctions and repair before catastrophic failure.
• Assisting in reworking, repairing, and modifying non-conforming equipment.
• Identifying and communicating technical problems by using logical troubleshooting techniques. Providing coaching to other technicians in areas of proven competence.
• Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting.
• Assisting in the enhancement of maintenance processes, documentation, and quality.

• Have a bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics/mechatronics engineering.
• Have relevant industry experience on electronic equipment and sensors with basic knowledge of mechanical and hydraulics.
• Have excellent electronic soldering skills and the ability to read engineering diagrams.
• Have the ability to multitask, solve problems, improve processes, and demonstrate analytical skills.
