Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Property Operations & Administration Executive to support the day-to-day management of short-term and long-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth property operations, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.

• Manage operations for short-term and long-term rental properties, ensuring efficiency and high service standards
• Prepare monthly property performance and operational reports
• Conduct property inventory for newly handed-over or completed units
• Maintain and update inventory records for furniture, fixtures, and property assets
• Manage and control property keys for company-managed units in Dubai
• Prepare monthly statements of accounts for short-term rental properties
• Coordinate with holiday home companies, property agents, and other stakeholders
• Handle rental processes, property handovers, and related coordination
• Manage office supplies, including vendor sourcing and supplier coordination
• Provide administrative and operational support across the business
• Handle cash deposits and banking transactions as required
• Support documentation, reporting, and other operational tasks as assigned

• Proven experience in Administration, Operations, or Property Management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in real estate or holiday homes is an advantage
