Lead Project Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Engineer with a solid EPC background and a minimum of 15 years experience in offshore oil & gas projects.

The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate all phases of project execution, managing multidisciplinary teams and interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioningensuring the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of offshore scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead coordination across engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Piping, Structural, E&I) for offshore EPC scope.
• Interface with FEED deliverables and ensure alignment with project and client objectives.
• Drive constructability, HSE-by-design, and schedule alignment throughout project phases.
• Review vendor documents, manage long-lead procurement items, and ensure offshore material readiness.
• Provide technical support to offshore fabrication, installation, commissioning, and marine operations.
• Monitor KPIs, progress reports, and coordinate with ADNOC Offshore or equivalent clients.
• Resolve engineering queries, deviations, NCRs, and ensure system handover readiness.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong coordination and interface management skills
• Hands-on experience in project scheduling tools, MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting
• Previous ADNOC Offshore or similar client exposure is preferred
