Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Administration
- Greet visitors, answer and route incoming calls, manage mails, couriers and office correspondence
- Maintain reception area, stationery and pantry supply, meeting room booking and office tidiness
- Provide general admin support to internal teams and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
- DMCC & Visa Processing
- Handle employee employment visa applications, renewals, cancellations, transfers and amendments via DMCC portal
- Coordinate with PRO, immigration, medical fitness, Emirates ID and related government services
- Maintain employee visa documents, tracking expiry and submitting timely renewals to avoid penalties
