We are currently recruiting for an Technical Analyst - API Integration for our client who is a leading insurance company for their Dubai office.

Job Purpose:

• We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Analyst with a strong background in the health insurance domain to join our team in Dubai.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and a solid understanding of integrations (APIs, schema, middle-layer architecture) .
• This role involves analyzing techno-functional requirements, collaborating with inter-organization teams, managing UAT processes ensuring the successful delivery of solutions.

• Analyze and document technical requirements for projects within the health insurance domain.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Work with APIs, particularly middle-layer APIs, to design and implement efficient, scalable solutions.
• Manage and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and issue resolution.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and back-end IT teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations to improve system performance and integration.
• Support the development and testing teams by clarifying technical requirements and resolving issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the health insurance and API domains.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the health insurance domain.
• Strong understanding of APIs, with a preference for middle-layer API architecture.
• Proven experience in technical analysis, system design, and documentation.
• A bachelor's degree, masters is a plus in any field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related areas).
• Experience managing UAT processes, including planning, execution, and issue tracking.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and back-end IT teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with API tools and platforms (e.g., Postman, Swagger, or similar).
• Knowledge of middleware technologies and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile way of working
• Technical certifications in relevant areas (e.g., API development, health insurance systems) are a plus.
