NOC Engineer / Site Engineer (Civil, Irrigation, Architect, Agriculture & MEP)

Job Description

Job Purpose:

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and support on-site to subcontractors, craftsmen, and operatives to ensure proper execution of installations and minimize errors.
• Perform accurate setting out, leveling, and surveying to verify site works against approved plans and specifications.
• Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Manage the timely requisition and delivery of materials, equipment, and plant to the site.
• Review, interpret, and enforce contract design documents and project drawings on-site.
• Liaise regularly with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and site workforce to coordinate work and report progress.
• Supervise and monitor labor force and subcontractors for effective day-to-day site management.
• Organize site facilities and equipment to meet deadlines and optimize project workflows.
• Oversee quality control processes and ensure all work meets specification requirements.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and unexpected challenges promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all site security, health, safety, and environmental policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Agriculture, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in civil or landscaping-related projects.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge across civil, irrigation, architectural, agricultural, and MEP disciplines.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contract documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards on construction sites.

Work Environment & Reporting:

• Mainly office-based with mandatory site visits as per project requirements.
• Works closely with Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• No direct financial or staff reporting responsibilities.
