We seek a motivated and connected HNWI Introducer to collaborate with our partnerships team, introducing high-calibre individuals to our platform and exclusive institutional-backed opportunities. This self-employed role offers the chance to work with a dynamic team and provide access to exclusive, high-value investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- HNWI Network Development:
- You can leverage your existing network of HNWIs and expand connections to identify individuals with an interest in private equity, venture capital, and sustainable investment opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective investors, ensuring alignment with Sustainable Times values and investment offerings.
- Collaboration with the Partnerships Team:
- Work closely with the partnerships team to align on opportunities, communicate investment details, and tailor introductions based on individual preferences and goals.
- Provide feedback on HNWI needs and preferences to refine the value proposition and improve engagement strategies.
- Investor Onboarding Support:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for HNWIs, ensuring a seamless transition into Sustainable Times community.
- Guide individuals through initial steps, ensuring they understand the platform&aposs offerings and benefits.
- Exclusive Opportunity Introduction:
- Present exclusive private equity and venture capital opportunities to HNWIs, ensuring clear communication of the value, impact, and ROI potential of each opportunity.
- Collaborate with the investment and partnerships team to manage follow-ups and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Compliance and Confidentiality:
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations, including FCA guidelines, when discussing investment opportunities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and adhere to GDPR requirements.
- Strong HNWI Network: A proven ability to connect with and influence high-net-worth individuals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage potential investors effectively.
- Financial Acumen: A solid understanding of private equity, venture capital, and sustainable investment opportunities.
- Self-motivation: A driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Collaboration: A team player capable of working seamlessly with the partnerships and investment teams.
- Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to investment offerings, including GDPR and FCA guidelines.
- Demonstrated experience working with HNWIs, ideally in investment, finance, or a related field.
- Access to a strong personal network of HNWIs or the ability to develop such networks.
- Familiarity with private equity and venture capital markets is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work on a self-employed basis.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role offering generous incentives aligned with the volume and quality of HNWI introductions. Details of the commission structure will be discussed during the recruitment process.
