Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Provide HR leadership and support to over 500 employees across the organization.
  • Design and execute HR policies and strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and employment standards.
  • Administer payroll, employee benefits, and leave management efficiently and accurately.
  • Promote a healthy workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and well-being programs.

Administration:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including utilities management and workspace planning.
  • Maintain compliance with administrative procedures and ensure proper documentation is in place.
  • Facilitate internal audits, manage risk reviews, and handle renewal of business licenses.
  • Manage employee travel logistics, accommodations, and related support services.
  • Lead the administrative team by delegating tasks effectively and monitoring performance.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in human resources and administrative functions.
  • Background experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory
  • In-depth understanding of UAE labor regulations and compliance standards.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools and HR management systems (HRMS).
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Arabic is considered a plus.
