About the Role

We are seeking a creative and trend-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow the brand's digital presence across multiple social platforms. The role involves creating engaging content, managing online communities, and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement within the fashion and lifestyle space.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media ManagementManage day-to-day activities across social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.Schedule, publish, and monitor content to ensure consistency and engagement.Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.

Content Creation & CampaignsDevelop creative content including posts, reels, stories, and captions aligned with brand aesthetics.Collaborate with design and marketing teams for content production.Support execution of social media campaigns, launches, and promotions.Stay updated with trends and incorporate them into content strategies.

Community EngagementBuild and nurture an active online community.Engage with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.Monitor feedback and sentiment to improve engagement strategies.Encourage user-generated content and brand interactions.

Analytics & Performance TrackingMonitor social media performance metrics and engagement levels. Analyze data to optimize content and campaign effectiveness.Prepare regular reports on growth, reach, and audience engagement.Identify opportunities to improve social media performance.

Influencer & Collaboration SupportAssist in identifying and coordinating with influencers and content creators.Support influencer campaigns and track performance.Maintain relationships with brand collaborators and partners.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands is preferred.
