Job Description
Euro Mechanical is looking for a Senior Project Manager (EPC Projects) to lead the successful execution of multi-disciplinary EPC projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule, while upholding the highest standards in quality, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Project Managers across the full EPC lifecycle
- Drive project planning, execution, risk management, cost control, and reporting
- Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction activities
- Ensure project delivery aligns with contractual and regulatory standards
- Foster strong client, regulatory, and stakeholder relationships
- Monitor KPIs, lead scope/change management, and resolve commercial disputes
- Develop and mentor project engineers and junior managers
Mandatory Requirements:
- 15 years of experience in large scale Oil & Gas with EPC contractors.
- Expertise in cost control, scheduling, risk mitigation, and quality systems
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- In-depth knowledge of international HSE and compliance standards
- Capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and complex project interfaces
