Sales Proposal Specialist (Pre-Sales) - EdTech

Develop high-quality, customized sales proposals, presentations, and RFP responses aligned with client requirements
  • Partner closely with the sales team to understand client needs and craft winning solution narratives
  • Create impactful PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, demos, and executive meetings
  • Translate product features into clear value propositions tailored to education stakeholders
  • Manage proposal timelines, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
  • Maintain and update proposal templates, content libraries, and reusable assets
  • Support bid strategy, pricing inputs, and documentation for tenders and large deals
  • Conduct market and competitor research to strengthen positioning and messaging
Global CompanyRegional Role, based in Dubai
  • 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, bid management, or sales proposal development (preferably in EdTech)
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and creating executive-level presentations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic is a must
  • Proven ability to translate complex solutions into clear, persuasive content
  • Experience working with sales teams across multiple regions (Middle East / North Africa preferred)
  • High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
